First floor:
Master bedroom: Large room with king size bed, cable TV, and windows overlooking the York River.
Master bath: Whirlpool tub for two, stand up shower, and double sink.
Computer room: High speed wifi and ethernet hook up (Internet Preferred 150 Plan with up to 150Mbps download and up to 10 Mbps upload) good for surfing, streaming, and gaming on 5-7 devices. Great for working remotely when you need to check in at the office.
Family room: 40 inch flat screen TV over gas fireplace. DVD player with small collection of DVDs for the family to enjoy. Connected to this room is another full bath.
Kitchen: Spacious kitchen has side by side fridge with ice maker, microwave, double oven, electric range, eat at counter top, and a table that seats six comfortably. Ample dishware, pots, and pans are included and are dishwasher safe.
Laundry room: Washer and dryer located off of the master bedroom.
Second floor:
Bedrooms: One double, one queen, one bunk with a double on the bottom and a single on the top, and one trundle with singles. There is also a large bonus room with another TV and a bath and a half on the second floor.
Game closet: Several board games and decks of cards included.
Outdoors:
Beautiful views and usually a nice breeze coming off of the York River, with ample room to run. A boat ramp (works well at high tide but not so well and low tide), a sand beach, a canoe, two trees perfect for a hammock, a charcoal grill, and a picnic table are located outside. There are also several chairs out on the sun porch. In some pictures, you may notice a dock; it is not ours and our property does not have a dock.
Personal Items You Will Need to Bring:
Linens and towels are not included, so please bring your own. However, pillows are supplied. You should also bring your own personal items (soap, shampoo, etc.), paper towels, trash bags, aluminum foil, dish soap, toilet paper, food and beverages, etc. Grocery stores, restaurants, and a theater are only three miles away.
